Gardere Partner Randy D. Gordon, chair of the Firm’s antitrust and trade regulation practice, authored an article for Law360 concerning the volatile environment for potential large mergers and acquisitions.
According to Mr. Gordon, “There’s a potential for paradox here: is the government more aggressively challenging mergers or are there more mergers to challenge? In her keynote address to the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section in April, Attorney General Loretta Lynch suggested that the answer may be both.”
