She discusses the years she spent as a litigation associate at a large law firm and the move she later made to the Supreme Court of Texas, first working as a staff attorney and later as the court’s general counsel. Jen also shares how her GC role planted the seeds for her transition to attorney talent management and discusses her position as Foley’s Chief Legal Talent Officer.
