On May 31, Foley Madison partner Anne E. Ross received recognition as a “Woman of Distinction” by the Madison YWCA at its 33rd Annual Women of Distinction Awards Ceremony.
Each year, the YWCA of Madison presents the annual Women of Distinction Awards to honor those whose community service, professional achievement, integrity, leadership and dedication to the lives of others and to the quality of life reflects the YWCA’s historic mission and values. Nominations are solicited from area civic clubs, community groups, YWCA members and past Women of Distinction honorees.
This year, approximately 600-700 people attended the ceremony, which took place at the Concourse Hotel in Madison and was led by Justice Roggensack of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Ross was recognized along with five other distinguished women from the Madison community. Foley was represented at four tables of eight people each including attorneys, clients and guests.
