Foley Detroit Partner Patrick D. Daugherty was named a Michigan Lawyer of the Year in the December 24, 2007, issue of Michigan Lawyers Weekly. In the article, Daugherty is recognized for his work as part of a $350 million merger, which was the largest corporate transaction executed by a Michigan law firm in 2007. The merger involved the joining of Troy-based automotive supplier Noble International, Limited, with laser-welding division of ArcelorMittal in London, the world’s leading steal company.
