Leon Radomsky and Steven Rutt to Help Lead Specialized Group.
Foley announced today that Leon Radomsky has been named chair of the Nanotechnology Industry Team, while Steven Rutt will serve as vice-chair. Radomsky replaces former chair Stephen Maebius.
Radomsky is a member of the Chemical & Pharmaceutical and Electronics Practices and the Emerging Technologies and Energy Industry Teams. He focuses on strategic client counseling and intellectual property due diligence and agreements. In addition, he has experience in all phases of U.S. and international patent portfolio development, including patent application drafting, prosecution, appeals, reissues and reexaminations, including nanotechnology, semiconductor devices and processing, materials science, solar cells and fuel cells.
Rutt is a member of the firm’s Chemical & Pharmaceutical Practice. His practice focuses on technology, patent counseling, prosecution and litigation, as well as intellectual property licensing and agreements, clearance opinions, trade secrets and trademarks. Rutt also specializes in coordinating the delivery of all aspects of intellectual property legal services to emerging companies and in representing them in their agreement negotiations.
