Nicholson, partner and chair of Foley’s national Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations Practice, has been named one of Turnarounds & Workouts magazine’s Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers for 2013. The 2013 award recognizes an elite group of 12 U.S. attorneys under the age of 40 who are leaders in the area of restructuring. The honorees were selected based on their work on behalf of clients, as well as from nominations received from restructuring attorneys nationwide.
