Texas Lawyer discussed the importance of LinkedIn endorsements to lawyers with Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team. Mr. Vogel, who has more than 500 LinkedIn connections, told the reporter that he doesn't think endorsements equal new clients. "I don't think someone would hire me because of LinkedIn endorsements," Mr. Vogel said.
