Milwaukee Partner Maria Gonzalez Knavel was quoted in an article published in Law360 on July 31, 2013 titled “3 Pitfalls To Avoid As ACA Sunshine Act Takes Effect.” The article discusses three clear missteps that should be avoided by all federal regulators as the Sunshine Act takes effect.
