The article discussed how businesses can utilize trade secrets and how to determine if trade secret protection is appropriate. McKenna was quoted saying, “It’s essentially a subset of confidential information – proprietary, confidential information that a company protects through agreement not to disclose. There must be a certain economic value of keeping that information secret, which informs the types of things you want to protect in this fashion.”
