Partner Chris McKenna was quoted in an Inside Counsel article, “Forgotten Secrets,” on April 1, 2015. The article discussed how businesses can utilize trade secrets and how to determine if trade secret protection is appropriate. McKenna was quoted saying, “It’s essentially a subset of confidential information – proprietary, confidential information that a company protects through agreement not to disclose. There must be a certain economic value of keeping that information secret, which informs the types of things you want to protect in this fashion.”
