The Dallas Morning News covered the planned moves of downtown Dallas' Thanksgiving Tower tenants to Uptown. Gardere plans to depart from its 25-year home in the Thanksgiving Tower in 2016, relocating to Crescent Real Estate Holding LLC's new McKinney & Olive tower.
Energy firm Petro-Hunt LLC, a 32-year tenant of Thanksgiving Tower, has also announced its upcoming office space rental in the Rosewood Court building, which previously housed HBK Capital Management. HBK is moving to another location in the building.
Gardere Real Estate Partner Kevin L. Kelley represented Rosewood in both the Petro-Hunt lease and the HBK relocation. Mr. Kelley also spearheaded the lease negotiations for Gardere's planned move.
