Foley Recognized at 2014 Turnaround Atlas Awards by Global M&A Network

Foley is pleased to announce that Partner Jill Nicholson, chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy Practice, has been named to the Top 100 Restructuring & Turnaround Professionals list for the second consecutive year by Global M&A Network.

The highly competitive annual listing recognizes 100 leading lawyers, investment bankers and consultants in the restructuring, distressed M&A and turnaround communities.

Foley also received the “Cross Border Special Situation M&A Deal” award for the firm’s representation of AgFeed Industries Inc. in connection with the sale of its Chinese operations to Ningbo Tech Bank. The transaction team was led by Selig Sacks, Zhu Julie Lee, Mark T. Plichta and Michael J. Small.
