Partner Kim Yelkin Discusses "Managing Perceptions: When Women Network with Men" at InsideCounsel Conference

Yelkin. The panel discussion was focused on ways to avoid uncomfortable situations and minimize the gossip in the workplace.

According to the article, as more women climb the ranks, there will be a greater number of opportunities for women to network with more women, which should minimize the opportunities for gossip. "I'm seeing a change, but not as much as I would like," Ms. Yelkin said. "Women have an obligation to help other women. You can't just pull the ladder up behind you."
