Partner Greg Husisian was quoted in a Business Insurance article, “Directors and Officers Policies May Not Cover Many FCPA Costs,” on December 18, 2014. The article discussed the financial impact of a foreign bribery or corruption investigation and how directors and officers liability insurance does not always absorb the cost. Husisian explained that the average cost of a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act probe has more than doubled in the last five years, and he was quoted saying, “Often times, companies don’t seem to have purchases big enough limits on their D&O policies.”
