Partner Christopher Ward was quoted in an Inside Counsel article, “NLRB’s Quickie Election Rule Provides for Easier Path to Unionization,” on December 17, 2014. The article discusses the National Labor Relations Board’s approval of a new rule that expedites the election process among workers considering union representation. Ward was quoted saying, “The amended Board elections rules now also controversially require employers to turn over to a union a voting list that includes not only names and addresses of eligible voters, but also personal telephone numbers and emails addresses of voting employees.”
