Gardere's CIO Ken Orgeron Provides Advice for LegalTech New York Rookies
Law Technology News featured tips from legal industry professionals on surviving LegalTech New York as a first-time attendee. Twelve LegalTech veterans provided their advice on how to make the best use of the opportunities available at the trade show, including Gardere's Chief Information Officer Ken Orgeron.
"Don't try to see everything, you cannot," Mr. Orgeron advised. "It is a huge show, with much to offer. If you have a conflict with a session, talk to the speakers of the session you missed. Most often they are more than willing to meet at the show (or after) to discuss their topic."
LegalTech, which is the largest legal technology event of the year, offers law firms and legal departments hands-on practical information for improving their law practice management. This year's LegalTech New York event will be held at the Hilton Midtown hotel on Feb. 3-5, 2015.
