The Bloomberg BNA covered a New York court permitting a divorce plaintiff to serve her husband a divorce summons through a private Facebook message. Gardere Partner Peter S. Mr. Vogel is a litigation attorney in Gardere's Dallas office, where he serves as chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Team.
