Foley Named One of America’s Best Corporate Law Firms for Third Year in a Row

Foley was recognized for the third consecutive year among the top 25 corporate law firms in the annual America’s Best Corporate Law Firms study conducted by Corporate Board Member magazine and FTI Consulting. Foley ranked 23rd in the Directors’ Rankings, which represents an improvement of two places over the 2014 ranking. 

The annual list recognizes leading corporate law firms based on feedback from directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies. These companies are asked about current governance issues and the national law firms they would most likely retain to handle their corporate legal needs.
