Partner Don Schroeder was quoted in an SHRM.org article, “NLRB Nominees Expected to Undo Obama-Era Rulings,” covering potential changes to the NLRB rulings from President Trump’s nominees on joint employers, micro-unions and NLRB enforcement.

Among many comments throughout the article, Schroeder specifically explained that the NLRB under Republican leadership would not “continue to dip their toes into the area of employee handbooks and confidentiality provisions.”
