Noller Joins Invitation-Only National Association of College and University Attorneys

Partner Lisa Noller has joined the National Association of College and University Attorneys. Accepted on an invitation-only basis, members are comprised of attorney representatives for institutional campuses, including in-house counsel, attorneys in private practice, attorneys general and other legal specialists. Noller has experience representing universities and their affiliates on issues involving the False Claims Act and more. She is also a lecturer in law at the University of Chicago Law School, where she founded and teaches the Prosecution and Defense Clinic and is a member of the school’s visiting committee and public service advisory board. In addition, Noller is an adjunct professor at Northwestern Law School, where she teaches trial advocacy.
NACUA is a prominent organization in the field of higher education law and serves as a source of information on legal developments facing colleges and universities. Established in 1960 by a small group of attorneys who regularly provided legal services to colleges and universities, NACUA is a part of legal counsels’ day-to-day operations by providing members with a broad range of services that can be used to identify, analyze, resolve and prevent legal problems on campus.
