Taylor White Discusses the OSHA Electronic Records Deadline Extension With Business Insurance
Gardere labor and employment associate Taylor White spoke with Business Insurance on the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s decision to extend the electronic records deadline from Dec. 1 to Dec. 15.
“Employers should still work to familiarize themselves with the reporting system and be ready to comply by the new deadline — although I would not be surprised (again) if OSHA delayed further,” White told the publication.
White represents business employers in litigation and transactions, as well as policymaking and implementation involving difficult labor and employment issues. Clients say they appreciate White’s calming influence in emotionally-charged situations, as well as his knack for piecing together complex facts and issues in matters involving OSHA and other statutes.
