The Preston Hollow/North Dallas Advocate published an article by Dallas ISD board trustee Edwin Flores, where he discusses the Gardere MLK Jr. Oratory Competition and its Dallas winner, Wesley Stoker, and also acknowledges the inspiring educators who dedicate themselves to the success of their students.
