Partner Cliff Risman is quoted in an article for The Hotel Experience, “Hoteliers’ Mobile Strategy: Put Room Controls in the Palm of Your Hand and Offer More Personalization,” about hotel chains’ attempts to find new ways to offer guests personalized services on their mobile devices.
Risman said being able to reach out to guests on their mobile devices prior to arrival is important for high-end hotels. And having an email sent to the guest’s phone by a personal concierge should be part of a hotel’s mobile strategy.
