Partner Jane Fergason was quoted in an article in Social Selling News, “The Double-Edged Sword of Raiding and Cross-Recruiting,” about the widespread practice of raiding, or cross-recruiting, in the direct selling industry.
While Fergason believes that it’s sometimes necessary to go to court to protect a company from being raided, she views that as a last resort. Sometimes “people are just stirring things up, and it’s better to focus on working your business and moving on,” she said.
