Foley Partner Linda Benfield, the managing partner of the firm’s Milwaukee office, has been named Board Chair of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.
“(Benfield) has had a long-standing commitment to United Way, and we have seen firsthand how deeply she cares about our community,” Lindner said. “We know she will be an exceptional board chair,” said Amy Lindner, president and CEO of United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.
The United Way’s funding goal for 2019 was $55 million. In 2018, United Way raised more than $56 million.
