Partner Fred Geilfuss was interviewed in the Wolters Kluwer article, “STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVES: Would Hospital Transparency Do More Harm Than Good?” Geilfuss provided his prospective on whether a final rule by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services which requires hospitals to establish, update and make public a list of their standard charges for the items and services they provide, would benefit or harm patients, hospitals and insurers.
