Foley Represents Alliance HealthCare in Acquisition of Four PET/CT Locations from Molecular Imaging Technologies
Foley & Lardner represented Alliance HealthCare Radiology, a subsidiary of Alliance HealthCare Services, in its acquisition of four PET/CT from Molecular Imaging Technologies. The four locations are: Affiliated PET Systems in Silver Spring, MD; Doylestown PET Associates in Doylestown, PA; Decatur Health Imaging in Decatur, AL; and Monroe PET in Monroe, LA.
