Neuberger Quoted in WorldatWork about Vaccine Requirements for Large Employers

Of counsel Mark Neuberger was quoted in a WorldatWork article entitled, “Biden Announces Vaccine Requirements for Large Employers,” which covers the recent Executive Order signed by President Biden that mandates all employers with 100 or more employees require their workers be vaccinated.

The new vaccine mandate will likely embolden other employers that were on the fence about enforcing a vaccine requirement, though it could face legal challenges, said Mark Neuberger. He went on to add “The comprehensive actions taken by President Biden on Thursday dropped the checkered flag on employers entering the race against COVID. Any employer who was thinking about mandating the COVID vaccines for its employees just received the ultimate cover.
