Mark Neuberger Quoted in Law360 on Ways to Navigate Tipped Wages Obligations
07 October 2021
Foley Of Counsel Mark Neuberger was quoted in the Law360 article, “3 Ways To Navigate Tipped Wages Obligations,” about the obstacles and laws surrounding the wages for tipped employees.
Neuberger told Law360 that one approach might be for the employees to use a handheld device or touchpad to record time and tasks performed. “It’s no different than me as an attorney that I have to track my time and record it, and we have software that helps us do that. Technology should be the friend of the restaurant owner,” Neuberger said.
