Riley Sexton advises clients on a variety of transactional matters, including renewable energy project development, debt and tax equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions. As a member of Foley’s energy sector, hydrogen subsector, and finance practice group, Riley focuses on assisting renewable energy clients in financing or developing utility-scale solar and green hydrogen projects. He also provides guidance on the acquisition and divestiture of renewable energy projects, financing structures, and investment portfolios in sustainability.
