Mike was a partner and trial lawyer in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Houston office. He served as lead counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation throughout Texas and the United States for multinational and domestic organizations as well as individuals. His practice focused on complex business, commercial, and other matters. His trial experience included serving as lead and co-counsel in state and federal courts, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. He also had substantial appellate experience in state and federal courts of appeal. Mike was a hands-on trial lawyer who understood that the ultimate success of a case largely depended on quickly mastering its factual details and thoroughly preparing it for trial.
