Gage Moore assists clients in acquiring patent protection across a variety of technology areas, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), cybersecurity, cloud computing, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed realities (MR).

Before joining Foley, Gage was a patent agent with two multinational law firms, obtaining numerous first action allowances for fintech and machine learning patent applications by crafting compelling patentability narratives highlighting the uniqueness and significance of the inventions; expediting patent allowances through examiner interviews by employing psychological tactics to enhance patent examiner understanding of the subject matter; performing product teardowns, analyzing product components and source code for infringement, and preparing claim charts based on his analyses in support of litigation teams; and advising technical specialists on patent strategy and efficient patent drafting techniques.

Gage has also served as a volunteer firefighter in Stafford County, Virginia, for the last 10 years.
