Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, was asked to join the panel discussion "Today's Lawyers and Social Media – How Are They or Should They Be Using It?" The discussion focused on three main issues: planning and implementing a social media strategy; how firms are actually using social media tools; and potential opportunities and pitfalls with social media.
