Groupon has been in the news lately since the ouster of CEO and Co-Founder Andrew Manson. Androvett NewsWire featured Gardere Partner Jane Fergason's comments regarding the coupon company's benefits to small businesses. "They are spending a lot of money to be on Groupon, but once there they find that it is difficult to target the customers they need, those who will become repeat customers," Ms. Fergason said. "There is not much incentive for companies to participate."
