Foley Advises Mosaic on Sale of Streamsong Resort

Foley & Lardner LLP represented The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) in the sale of Streamsong Resort, one of the world’s leading golf destinations, for $160 million to Chicago-based KemperSports.

Streamsong Resort was developed by The Mosaic Company in 2012 and was founded on Mosaic’s commitment to its surrounding resources. KemperSports is a leading golf and hospitality management company that has managed the golf business at Streamsong since the resort opened in 2012 and has managed the entire resort since 2021.

The Foley deal team representing Mosaic was led in M&A by Partner Steven Vazquez and Associate Clay Weinstein and in real estate by Partners Fred Ridley and Thomas Little and Senior Counsel Allison McKown.
