Foley & Lardner LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Divya Reddy to the newly created role of Chief Practice Officer (CPO) to further enhance the firm’s client service and promote greater integration across the firm’s legal departments.
Reddy will focus on the overall management of the firm’s legal departments and practice groups. She will help oversee all department and practice group performance, financial objectives, and the cross-functional execution of related strategies.
“We designed this position to create a more collaborative practice management team focused on the success of our legal departments and implement best practices to increase efficiency and client satisfaction,” said Daljit Doogal, Foley chairman and CEO. “Divya will play a pivotal role in optimizing the firm’s legal operations, ensuring that we are seamlessly connected across practices and the firm continues to deliver exceptional client service as we grow.”
Reddy is based in Foley’s Chicago office. She joined the firm in 2015 and prior to her role as CPO, served as the Operating Officer of Foley’s national Business Law Department, where she was responsible for strategic, operational, financial, human resources, and project management functions and initiatives. She brings 20 years of experience working for Am Law 100 firms, both as a practicing attorney as well as in key business professional roles.

Reddy is Foley’s most recent executive promotion and example of the firm’s continued innovation to elevate the firm’s operational support. Jen Patton and Rebecca Bradley were promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Talent Officer, respectfully, in December 2024.
