作者总结道:"即便在当下,本届国会出台的任何大学体育相关法案似乎都不太可能彻底剥夺学生运动员的姓名、形象和肖像权(NIL)收益机会,但这种设想已不再完全不可想象。然而对NCAA而言,这项立法幻想如今已成为切实可能,或许正是其在动荡不安的大学体育格局中重振权威与角色的最后良机。"
