Foley & Lardner LLP partner Vanessa Miller commented on the Trump administration’s imposition of automotive tariffs in the Associated Press article, “Trump’s latest auto tariffs explained: What car buyers should know this year.”
Miller, who is chair of Foley’s national Automotive Team, said that while some companies will be able to pivot their operations to the United States, others are too integrated with factories in Mexico and elsewhere to make a speedy transition.
