The transaction provides NexTalk with access to additional financial resources and business expertise that will enable continued growth and development of its portfolio of innovative B2B SaaS contact center solutions and related communications services.

Scott Cummings, CEO of NexTalk, will continue leading the company, driving the growth and expansion initiatives in and beyond their core federal and state government, health care, financial services, and utility markets.

The Foley deal team was led by partner Jeff Bowman and included Mark Mallery and Kelly Boyd, with support from Alan Pate and Sarah Waste (Intellectual Property) and Jordan Bergmann (Tax).
