Danielle Whitley Appointed to JAX Chamber Board of Directors
Foley & Lardner LLP Jacksonville office managing partner Danielle Whitley was announced as a 2026 member of the board of directors for JAX Chamber, Jacksonville’s leading business network.
As a member of the board, Whitley joins other leading business figures to help JAX Chamber support local jobs, grow businesses, and engage in policy with the organization’s over 3,000 members across Northeast Florida.
Whitley is a leading corporate attorney who concentrates her practice on finance, transactions, corporate governance, and business counseling.
As managing partner and hiring partner for the firm’s Jacksonville office, Whitley is engrained in the local business and civic communities. She serves as general counsel to The Donna Foundation, a local organization dedicated to assisting underserved women living with breast cancer, and is on the board of the Cathedral Arts Project, a nationally recognized nonprofit devoted to improving childhood access to quality arts education.
