Foley & Lardner LLP partner Leigh Riley and senior counsel Elizabeth Stone are honorees in two categories at Law.com‘s 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards.
The award series recognizes leading women in law who have demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and commitment to advancing equality in the profession.
Riley, a member of Foley’s management committee and a driving force behind the firm’s acclaimed PEAK training initiative (Partner Excellence: Actionable Knowledge), is a finalist in the Talent Management category. She was selected for her leadership in building a firm culture that grows and retains talent, including across prior firm leadership roles as Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice chair and vice-chair of firm’s national Business Law Department, her work to foster well-being and community during her time on Foley’s Best Self Committee, and her sustained client service excellence across nearly three decades at Foley.
Stone was announced as a winner in the Next Generation of Leaders – Law Firm category for her meaningful advancements in service delivery, contributions to efforts in the public interest, and overall drive to improve the legal profession and her local community. The award highlights her role as a high‑stakes manufacturing and environmental litigator for Fortune 500 clients, a leader shaping mentorship, training, and benefits within Foley, and a sustained advocate for pro bono and community service.
