News by Annemarie Ficarra

Annemarie Ficarra works in our Business Law Practice, where she is part of the Transactions Practice Group. Annemarie’s experience includes working as a legal intern for a leading manufacturing company in Atlanta, Georgia. There she was responsible for researching and drafting memoranda regarding corporate governance, labor and employment issues, and contract disputes. Additionally, Annemarie served as a spring extern for the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, where she led meetings with non-profit clients, conducted research for clients and staff, and drafted client documents. Annemarie is also a former Summer Associate.
