Laura Kirtley is an associate for the Business Law Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Her practice focuses on capital markets transactions, representing issuers in connection with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and high yield offerings, advising publicly traded corporations and their executive officers and directors on corporate governance, federal securities law reporting and compliance matters, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Laura is a member of the firm’s Transactions and Capital Markets and Public Company Advisory practices.
