Prior to joining Foley, Sean was an associate in the Houston office of an internationally recognized firm. His practice concentrated on capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and securities law compliance. During his tenure, he represented issuers and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, high-yield notes offerings, debt exchanges and tender offers, follow-on equity offerings, and private placements. He also has experience representing public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
