Michael D. Annis is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate taxation, tax litigation, estate planning, trusts, and probate. Mr. Annis is a former managing partner of Foley’s Tampa office and is a member of the Taxation and Estates & Trusts Practices.
