Adam Aquino is an experienced IP litigator, adept in all phases of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial. Adam has represented both patent owners and accused infringers across various venues, including district courts, the ITC, and the PTAB. His litigation experience also extends to trade secrets, unfair competition, false advertising, and trademark disputes.
