Billie Brock is a special counsel in the Litigation Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is based in the firm’s Tampa office where she is a member of the firm’s Construction Practice Group.

Prior to joining Foley, Billie worked at different law firms in the Tampa area focusing her practice on insurance defense litigation. In this role, she would represent first and third-party property insurance carriers and automobile carriers in breach of contract matters.
