Sara Durkee is the director of administration and operations for the firm’s California and Salt Lake City, Utah, offices. For over 30 years, Sara has provided professional support to law firms, with extensive experience in the supervision of human resources, facilities, operations, acquisitions, marketing, and attorney recruitment. She also has significant experience in attorney professional development and coordinating pro bono work. She currently serves as a liaison to the firm’s Racial Justice and Equity Practice Group.

Sara is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and has been a member of several other professional organizations, including the Association of Pro Bono Counsel and the Professional Development Consortium, where she served on the board of directors. She is a recipient of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area Anthony Logan Pro Bono Award and has been named Bar Association of San Francisco Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service.
