John M. Lazarus excels at helping companies identify and protect their intellectual property assets, build patent portfolios, and navigate around the patent landscape of their competitors. John provides counseling relating to patent preparation, prosecution and enforcement, product design, and patent infringement matters and prepares intellectual property agreements, patent opinions, and due diligence opinions.
