Bréia Maddox’s practice focuses on providing clients with practical advice on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital financings, and other strategic transactions. As a member of Foley’s Transactions Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, she utilizes real-world experience to assist in various sport-related asset purchases and mergers. Bréia began at Foley as a summer associate in 2022 and previously worked as a legal intern for the Seattle Seahawks, where she supported with the corporate legal affairs and government relations strategy and policies for the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc/Lumen Field.
