He guides companies in developing comprehensive information security and data privacy policies and procedures, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Joe also counsels companies to achieve compliance with U.S. and international data protection regulations, including GDPR.

With a decade of experience as an IT project manager managing enterprise support and technology initiatives in the higher education and software industries, Joe leverages his background to fully understand his clients’ technology-driven business objectives and effectively resolve challenges that stand in their way.

Prior to Foley, Joe was a partner in the Chicago office of a global law firm.
